Warranty & Support

All replaced parts and repair work are covered by a 6-month service warranty. If you experience issues with a repaired component, contact us within 30 days. Warranty service is provided free of charge for parts and labor. You can reach us at our Tokat address or via cargo for warranty claims.

Payment Options

We accept credit card, debit card (single payment), and bank transfer/EFT for service payments. All transactions are protected with SSL encryption and 3D Secure. A 5% discount applies to bank transfer payments. Corporate invoicing is available for fleet and bulk service requests.

How long does repair take and how is it shipped?

Repaired devices are typically ready within 1–7 business days depending on the complexity of the issue. Upon completion, we ship your device free of charge via our contracted carrier. Tracking information is sent via email and SMS. Service requests received before 3:00 PM on weekdays are processed the same day.

How does the service warranty work?

All replaced parts and repair work are covered by a 6-month service warranty. If you experience issues with a repaired component, contact us at +90 850 840 81 42 or iletisim@odakon.com. We’ll diagnose the issue at no charge. If within warranty scope, parts and labor are provided free of charge. Devices are returned via prepaid shipping.

How long does DJI drone repair take?

Repair times at our DJI drone repair service vary depending on the type of issue. Standard jobs have an estimated service time of 1-7 business days. For complex issues, the customer is informed. After a free diagnostic assessment, price and timeline information is provided, and no work is done without your approval. Replaced parts are delivered with a 6-month service assurance.

Do I need a permit to fly a drone?

In Turkey, drones over 500 grams require an SHT-IHA-1 certificate and registration from the DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation). The DJI Mini series, which weighs under 500 grams, does not require registration, but flight restrictions apply in certain areas (airport perimeters, military zones, national parks, etc.). What payment methods can I use?

You can pay with credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) or debit card in a single payment. A 5%% discount applies to bank transfer/EFT payments. All payments are protected with SSL security certificate and 3D Secure infrastructure. Service fees are communicated transparently after the diagnostic assessment.
