Who pays for shipping?
For approved service requests, inbound shipping to our technical service and outbound return shipping are covered by us. If the repair is rejected, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Which DJI models do you service?
We service all consumer drones including Mini, Mavic, Air, FPV, Avata, and Phantom series. We also support enterprise drones like Matrice and Enterprise series.
What does the warranty cover?
