Who pays for shipping?

For approved service requests, inbound shipping to our technical service and outbound return shipping are covered by us. If the repair is rejected, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Is there a repair warranty?

Replaced parts and the directly related service work are covered by a 6-month service assurance. The exact scope is communicated upon delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer and credit card. A 5%% discount applies to bank transfer/EFT. Payment details will be shared after fault diagnosis is complete.

How does the diagnostic fee work?

The diagnostic fee varies by service type. If you approve the repair, the diagnostic fee is included in the service cost. After detailed inspection, you receive a price quote and work begins only after your approval.

Can you supply spare parts?

Yes, we can supply spare parts for DJI drones and robot vacuums. We offer both repair services and individual spare part sales. Lead times are communicated for out-of-stock parts.
