From connection to customer report

Every step of your bench workflow, together.

  1. 01

    Connect

Sign in, connect over USB and verify the aircraft model, serial number and firmware.

  2. 02

    Diagnose

Review module links and sensor identities. A component that does not respond is never marked normal.

  3. 03

    Act

Choose the appropriate calibration or service action. Required device modes and file conditions are checked first.

  4. 04

    Report

Share grouped diagnostic results, aircraft details and test status with your customer as a PDF.

The toolkit

More than a single repair button.

A defined purpose, clear requirements and traceable results for each action. The detailed guide explains every tool.

Calibration

Gimbal calibration and the IMU 40021 data action, with firmware guidance for older aircraft.

Workflow details

Aircraft control

Enter factory mode, return to normal mode and restart with aircraft identity verification on reconnection.

Workflow details

Module & sensor identities

Aircraft, camera and battery serial numbers, plus position-based vision and TOF sensor identification.

Workflow details

Diagnostics & PDF reports

Link testing, pairing, ESC data action and vision recovery, with colour-coded component results and customer reports.

Workflow details

Firmware flasher

File-based installation for four gated models, with model, package integrity and service-firmware ARB checks.

Workflow details

Vision & TOF files

Prepare calibration .bin files, enter a TOF serial number and save a separate _fixed.bin output while preserving the original.

Symptom / needOdakon Next actionRequirement & expected result
Gimbal calibration warningGimbal calibrationDirect command workflow on listed modern models; firmware-based workflow on older aircraft. Does not repair physical damage.
IMU data error · 40021Upload and save IMU dataRequires factory mode for the same aircraft. Transfer acceptance is not proof of fault clearance; restart and recheck.
Module communication issueLink testReports IMU, flight controller, gimbal and vision links. Missing replies are shown as unverified.
ESC data faultESC data repairSends a data-repair request. It does not verify repair of a motor, ESC board or cable fault.
Vision / obstacle-avoidance warningVision recovery or file preparationVision recovery exits factory mode. Vision / TOF file tools create a separate output; they do not upload it to the aircraft.
Identify a replaced sensor or moduleCamera, battery, aircraft, Vision / TOF readoutReads serial numbers reported by the device; it does not change aircraft, camera or battery identity.

A software action is different from a physical repair. A green link result is not an airworthiness certificate; complete the manufacturer’s checks after servicing.

Tools that keep evolving

New aircraft. Updated workflows.

Support for new models and firmware changes is added through updates after development and validation. The application checks its version on launch and requires mandatory updates before device operations. Do not assume day-one support for every new release: refer to the current compatibility table.

What to know before you start.

Open the guide
Can I use my website account straight away?

Yes. Purchase a service license here and complete the iyzico payment; once verified, the license and tool permissions are assigned to your account automatically. Sign in to the app with your website username or email and the same password. Registration or downloading alone does not grant access. If a separate existing application account conflicts, contact support before payment.

Does it work offline?

No. Sign-in, version, membership and operation checks are online. A perpetual license also requires internet. If connectivity is lost after firmware installation has started on the aircraft, keep power and USB connected and do not start the operation again.

Does every button work on every listed aircraft?

No. Calibration method, flashing support, sensor layout and account permission are separate requirements. Check the model table. A missing sensor reply does not always mean a failed sensor; firmware or connectivity may be responsible.

Why is there no direct calibration on Mini 2 or Mavic 2?

These aircraft use a firmware-based workflow. The application opens guidance instead of sending a direct calibration command. A visible guide does not mean the flasher supports that model. Its current gate covers only Mini 3, Mini 2 SE, Mini 4K and Mavic 3 Classic.

Do the TOF / Vision tools install the file on the drone?

No. These are file-preparation tools. They produce a separate _fixed.bin output from a compatible .bin input. The TOF tool uses the new sensor’s 14-character serial number. Installing that file on an aircraft is a separate task.

Are firmware or service .bin files included?

The application does not bundle service-firmware files. Select an appropriate file or use a matching service package published on the server for your account. Installation is unavailable without a suitable package, matching model / ARB information and permission.

What does the 40021 action require?

You need a supported model, IMU-action permission and factory mode enabled for the same aircraft. Enable it in Control, restart the drone, then run the action. The result confirms data acceptance; restart and check the 40021 warning separately.

Will it fix every error code or physical fault?

No. Software cannot repair a damaged motor, camera, sensor, board or cable. Link testing reports device responses. The original fault must be checked again even when a calibration or repair command is accepted.

Can I use it on Mac, Linux or a phone?

The distributed application is for Windows 10 / 11 64-bit. Mac, Linux, Android, iOS, Windows ARM and virtual-machine use are not within the verified platform support. A USB data cable and compatible device driver are required.

What report can I send to a customer?

Save a PDF from Diagnostics in the selected language. It includes aircraft identity, test times, component results and completion status. Connecting a different aircraft does not change the identity of the previous report.

Will newly released aircraft be added?

New model and firmware support is published as development and validation are completed. No release date or support for every future model is guaranteed. Follow the application’s update checks and this page’s compatibility table.

What information is recorded?

For support and security, the server records user sessions, aircraft model / serial number, operations, results and USB communication details. Authorised administrators can access these records; passwords and session keys are excluded.
