Return & Refund Policy

At Odakon ("Odakon"), we want you to be fully satisfied with the products you purchase from odakon.com. Our return and refund processes are fully compliant with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the product, without providing any reason and without being subject to any penalty.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly within 14 days by emailing iletisim@odakon.com or calling 0850 840 81 42.
  • Following notification, you must return the product within 10 (ten) days.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, unused, undamaged, and with all accessories intact.
  • Return shipping costs for withdrawal (non-defective products) are the buyer's responsibility.

2. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised and product returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Installed Products: Spare parts that have been installed, soldered, screwed, or used, such as electronic boards (ESC, mainboard, etc.), motors, gimbal components, or flex cables.
  • Damaged Packaging: Products whose original box/packaging has been damaged, protective seal removed, or showing scratches or damage.
  • Usage-Related Damage: Products that have been physically damaged (broken, cracked, dented, liquid contact, etc.) due to customer use or negligence.
  • Products shipped without all accessories or invoice.

3. Defective or Incorrect Product Returns

If you determine that the product you purchased is defective (faulty) or different from your order (incorrect):

  1. Contact us within a reasonable time after receiving the product via iletisim@odakon.com or 0850 840 81 42.
  2. Once you explain the situation, you will be provided with a return code/method.
  3. Shipping costs for defective or incorrect products are covered by Odakon (the seller).
  4. The product will be inspected by our technical team, and once the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing fault, you will receive either a product exchange or a full refund, based on your preference.

4. Product Exchange

Odakon accepts product exchanges for both defective items and cases covered under the right of withdrawal, subject to stock availability.

To request an exchange, contact us through the channels listed above. The same return conditions apply.

5. Refund Process

  • After your return request is approved and the product is received by us, compliance with return conditions (unused, undamaged, etc.) is reviewed within 3 business days.
  • Refunds for accepted returns are processed within 7 business days through the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
  • Please note that the refund may take a few additional business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank's internal processes.
