How long does the service take?
Standard repairs are completed within 2-5 business days, depending on the type of issue. If spare parts need to be sourced, the timeframe may be extended — we will inform you in advance.
How should I ship my drone?
Pack your device in its original box if available, otherwise wrap it with plenty of foam or bubble wrap. Always pack batteries separately and send them at 30-50% charge. Share the tracking number with us.
How much does the repair cost?
Since every issue is different, we don't provide fixed prices. After we receive your device, free diagnostics are performed and you receive a detailed price quote. No work is done without your approval.
Are the parts original?
We use high-quality replacement parts in our repairs. You can get detailed information about part quality and warranty from our service team during the process.
Do you service devices under warranty?
For devices under warranty, we recommend using DJI's official channels first. We provide service for out-of-warranty issues, user-caused damage, and devices with expired warranties.
Is there a repair warranty?
