When will my order be shipped?

In-stock items are shipped the same day or within 1 business day at the latest. Your tracking number is automatically sent via email and SMS. Orders placed before 3:00 PM on weekdays are shipped the same day. With our express shipping option, we offer next-day delivery to major cities including Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir.

How do returns and exchanges work?

You have the right to return within 14 days of the delivery date. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. You can request a free return shipping code by calling our customer service at 850 840 81 42 or by emailing iletisim@odakon.com. After product inspection, your payment will be refunded to your bank account or credit card within 3 business days.

How long does DJI drone repair take?

Repair times at our DJI drone service vary depending on the type of issue. Standard repairs are completed within 48–72 hours. For complex issues, the customer is informed. After a free diagnostic assessment, price and timeline information is provided, and no work is done without your approval. All repairs are delivered with a warranty.

Do I need a permit to fly a drone?

In Turkey, drones over 500 grams require an SHT-IHA-1 certificate and registration from the DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation). The DJI Mini series, which weighs under 500 grams, does not require registration, but flight restrictions apply in certain areas (airport perimeters, military zones, national parks, etc.). What payment methods can I use?

You can pay with credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), debit card in a single payment or in installments. A 5% discount applies to bank transfer/EFT payments. Cash on delivery is also available. All payments are protected with SSL security certificate and 3D Secure infrastructure. Installment plans of 2, 3, 6, 9, and 12 months are offered on selected products.
