At Odakon, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find all the information regarding our shipping and delivery processes.
1. Delivery Area
Orders placed on odakon.com are delivered exclusively within Turkey. We do not ship internationally at this time.
2. Processing & Shipping Time
- Orders are processed and handed to the shipping carrier within 0–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Estimated total delivery time ranges from 1–5 business days, depending on your location.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday only. No shipments are made on weekends or public holidays.

- Orders of ₺2,500 and above qualify for free shipping.
- A flat-rate shipping fee applies to orders below ₺2,500. The current rate is displayed at checkout in the order summary.
5. Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped through our contracted carrier. Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.
6. Receiving Your Delivery
- Please inspect your package in the presence of the courier upon delivery.
- If you notice any damage, crushing, or tearing on the package, do not accept the delivery and have the courier prepare a damage report.
- Damage claims submitted without a formal damage report cannot be processed.
7. Order Tracking
When your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to your registered email address and/or phone number. You can also track your order status from your account.
8. Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address before the order is shipped, please contact us at iletisim@odakon.com or call 0850 840 81 42. Address changes cannot be made once the order has been dispatched.
